Administrative Services Officer – Portland
Goodman Group Lawyers is entering an exciting phase with the launch of a new software program and are looking for a full-time Administrative Services Officer to join our Portland based team as we continue to expand. If you have proven customer skills, have at least twelve months experience in administration and/or reception role and possess a passion for helping people, we are looking for you.
About the role:
As the administration officer will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming external calls
• Greeting clients
• Management of consult rooms and reception area
• Provide support to the Customer Consultant and Managers
• Data entry
• Management of daily reporting
• General administration duties
You must possess the following skills:
• able to read between the lines
• are an enthusiastic go-getter
• strong technology skills
• exceptional communication and customer service skills
• have very high organisational skills
• positive attitude
• maintain a high quality of work and attention to detail
